Benefits of exercise in children

The following are some of the BENEFITS that children can achieve when they perform at least one hour of daily physical activity:

*They feel less stressed
*They feel more confident
*They are better prepared to study and learn
*Maintain a healthy weight
*They develop muscles, bones and joints strong
*Sleep better

Spend more hours watching television a child, the less time you have to play and run. Therefore, parents should limit their activity as well as video games and using computers. Meanwhile, we ourselves must lead by example, keeping active or exercising together, which is usually fun for everyone.

Exercise does not have to be complicated, a child can stay active by walking or going to school by bike, jumping rope, playing in a park or participating in sports programs.
