Idiopathic facial paralysis limited course. May come and have a family history. Occurs suddenly, with no signs of central involvement. Viral prodrome usually present with pain in the ear, face or neck, dysgeusia, hyperacusis, and decreased tearing. It is of course limited and resolves in 4-6 months if prior year.
