Tumor composed of well differentiated squamous cells, showing no cellular anaplasia. Similar tumors have been described in the larynx and vulva. Although verrucous carcinoma, penile no location has the capacity to metastasize, the Buschke-Löwenstein metastases are rare. The tumor grows locally, invading and destroying surrounding tissue. Acominas condyloma differs in that it never invade surrounding tissues. The etiology may be viral, but there is no certainty about it. Treatment should be surgical.
