Records kept by a researcher who runs a clinical trial on investigational drugs. It includes extensive data on each drug as the drug name, lot number, expiration date, the amount of drug received, used, returned or discarded and the remaining amount. The DAR (Drug Registration Transparency) ensures that a clinical trial is done safely and correctly. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires compliance with the DAR.
