Medical Definition: Hinman syndrome

Hinman, who described it in 1973, called non-neurogenic neurogenic bladder. It is characterized by megacystis, hydronephrosis and, in half the cases, vesicorrenal reflux without evidence of mechanical obstruction or a neurogenic involvement. It is probably due to active contraction of the external sphincter during voiding. From the clinical point of view is characterized by symptoms of \
