Cancer of the immune system is characterized by the presence of a type of cell called the Reed Sternberg cell. Between the two main types of Hodgkin disease are classical Hodgkin lymphoma and Hodgkin's lymphoma nodular lymphocyte predominance. Symptoms include painless enlargement of lymph nodes, spleen or other immune tissue. Other symptoms include fever, weight loss, fatigue, or night sweats. Also called Hodgkin's disease.
