Surgical incision used for extraperitoneal kidney approach, placing the patient in lateral position and bowed to better expose the lower back. The incision goes from the angle formed by the last rib and lumbosacral mass to anterior superior iliac spine. Incident oblique muscle, oblique and transversus abdominis exposing the renal cell. It is used only for benign surgical excision or reconstruction. Exceptionally it is used in small renal tumors.
