Genes, DNA and food

A research work conducted by Dr. Dean Ornish of the University of California (USA), suggests that a healthy life not only improves our health but also that of our descendents. Within a few months, the practice of healthy habits work by building protective genes of disease, while off a good number of those who favor them.
Moreover, research conducted by doctors at the Mayo Clinic (USA) have shown that dietary supplements based antioxidants are ineffective because they contain little variety. However, it is much more effective to take them from the foods that contain them, because in them, there is a greater variety of them, often mutually reinforcing.
Foods rich in beneficial antioxidants include fruits (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, apples, cherries, avocados, grapes, pears, plums, kiwis, oranges, etc..), Vegetables (cabbage, broccoli, cabbage, artichokes, spinach, etc..) colored beans, green tea, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, oatmeal, chocolate, black and various plants condimenticias (turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, oregano, etc.)..

Therefore, we arrive at two conclusions:
The 1st) If you have a child, would give a great heritage that did conceive before purifying therapy and follow a health regimen that would give future children a good base for their health.
2o) No food that makes the man who can overcome that God created.
