Loosestrife Properties

- The Loosestrife is an astringent, styptic and tonic.
- Used primarily in the treatment of diarrhea in infants in danger of dehydration which shows surprising activity. Also in irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis.
- He also finds use in the treatment of ulcers, leucorrhoea, dysmenorrhoea, hemorrhagic enteritis, metrorrhagia.
- Other uses: ulcers, anemia.
- For topical use: wounds, varicose ulcers, stomatitis, pharyngitis, eczema, vulvovaginitis, intertrigo.

Contraindications Loosestrife
